The Palestinian Quality Charter is important because it proves that olive oil meets good agricultural practices and that principles of health and safety are met, as it is produced based on requirements of good manufacturing practices. Olive oil is a food product that is important domestically and internationally as the world is heading to have the highest quality. Many olive oil producing countries start to concentrate on production of high quality oil in addition to production of large quantities.
