Quality Award
The aim of establishment of the Palestinian Quality Award is to promote products and services in various sectors. This includes improving their quality, minimize costs and enhance the operational performance of producer's processes. Therefore, it's believed that the ability of the local products to compete with other international producers. Additionally, it has an important role in the development of customers care culture.
The quality award criteria basically one of the best ways to evaluate the operational and financial processes in any organization. The framework will determine the strengths and weaknesses of the organizations. However, some of them will be more able to develop continuous improvement programs. This would be considered one of the main objectives of establishing the Palestinian Quality Award.
