 A testing laboratory has been established for sensory evaluation to aiming classify olive oil (extra virgin – ordinary virgin –virgin). The  Jury (Palestinian National Team for testing) olive oil sensory tests in the Institution's laboratory which is equipped based on the  requirements in the standard of the International Olive Council, to enable the taster define defects and the good characteristics of the  sample of olive oil in the right way. Based on the results the oil samples is classified.
