Metrology Instructions
The whole metrology activities in Palestine is regulated and implemented by the following official documents:
1. The national measurement system
The national measurement system is the legal document which authorize the National Measurement Directorate in PSI to regulate and implement the metrology activities in Palestine. By this system was the national measurement Directorate authorized for preparing the all special instructions and supplements in all metrology activities in line with international practices and requirements and supervise their implementation.
2. Metrology regulations
Metrology regulations are the official and legal documents which determine and explain the administrative and technical requirements of the National Measurement System and for the manufacturing, importing and using of the legal controlled equipments.
