General Directorate

PSI is governed by a board of directors chaired by the Minister of National Economy, and consists from representatives from private, and  public sectors and academic institutions, and supervised by a general director who is in charge of the following tasks:

  1. ​Putting into action the Board's general policy, and implementing its decisions.
  2. Managing the institution's operation, and supervising its employees, and its technical, administrative and financial affairs.
  3. Developing programs that can achieve the institution's objectives and tasks.
  4. Preparing the institution's balance sheet and its concluding account, as well as a report on its activities.
  5. Preparing the budget proposal to be presented to the Board of Directors.
  6. Attending Board meetings.
